A visa is required if you plan to travel to Sierra Leone for tourism and business, unless you are from one of the few visa-exempt countries. We assist you in your formalities and whatever the type of visa you need.

Categories of Entry Visas/Permits to Sierra Leone:
Tourist e-visa
  • For travellers that plan to spend time in Sierra Leone as part of their travelling itinerary or as a specific holiday destination. Indicating the length of their intended stay, round-trip airline ticket, itinerary and hotel reservation confirmations.

Business e-visa
  • This visa enables travelers to engage in various business activities in Sierra Leone, including attending conferences, conducting business meetings or negotiations, investing, or managing new or existing businesses.
Requirements for Entry Visas/Permits to Sierra Leone:
  1. Passport: Your passport must be machine readable and also must. be valid for the next six months and have at least one blank visa page.
  2. Two passport-size pictures, with the following requirements:
    • They must be recent (taken within the last six months)
    • Dimensions: 2inch x 2inch
    • White background
    • You must be staring ahead, and all your features must be fully visible
    • Headgear allowed only for religious purposes, and when it does not cover the face
  3. The completed and signed Liberia Visa Application Form
  4. Proof of sufficient financial means to cover your stay (through bank statements)
    • Or alternatively, a Letter of Invitation or Proof of Sponsorship, if applicable
  5. Medical insurance for the duration of your stay
  6. Proof of travel arrangements, such as a flight ticket and travel itinerary
  7. Proof of accommodation in Sierra Leone, such as a hotel reservation
  8. Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccination
  9. If you’re traveling for business: A letter which explains the reason for your visit, information about your business contact, and is signed by the inviting company.
  1. Passport: Your passport must be machine readable and also must. be valid for the next six months and have at least one blank visa page.
  2. A completed visa application form (in addition, a verbal note for Diplomatic and Official Passports).
  3. One passport-size photograph.
  4. A letter of invitation
  5. Proof of sponsorship or a recent bank statement to show evidence of financial status.
  6. An international certificate of yellow fever and other vaccination is required.
  7. A Medical Insurance coverage for the duration of stay in Sierra Leone.
  8. A copy of visa fees payment receipt.
  9. All applicants might be subject to interview and may be required to appear in person.
  10. Applicants should ensure that travel arrangements are made only after the visa has been granted.
