Categories of Entry Visas/Permits to Guinea Bissau:
Tourist e-visa
- Tourist visa allows foreign travellers to visit Guinea Bissau or participate, upon invitation, in meetings, fairs, seminars or conferences.
Business e-visa
- For short-term business activities such as negotiating business contracts, attending conferences, business meetings, training seminars, or developing professional contacts for business purposes in Guinea Bissau.
Requirements for Entry Visas/Permits to Burkina Faso:
The visas and permits have different requirements regarding forms and documents. There are some general requirements, but there are also visa-specific forms.
Applicant for a short stay visa must provide the following documents
- Passport: Your passport must be machine readable and also must. be valid for the next six months and have at least one blank visa page.
- Visa application form completed online
- A scanned copy of the first three pages of the passport with at least a validity period which is three (3) months longer than that of the requested visa
- One (1) recent passport photo
- A flight booking certificate or photocopy of the ticket
- Travel insurance (highly recommended)
- A hotel booking or an accommodation certificate issued by the town hall or the prefecture (highly recommended)
- A letter of invitation from the inviting person or organization (highly recommended)
- Bank certificate or statement of account as proof of sufficient financial resources to support the stay
- Passport: Your passport must be machine readable and also must. be valid for the next six months and have at least one blank visa page.
- Photographs: You must provide one color, passport-type photograph taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper
- Business Cover Letter: All letters must be printed on official company letterhead
- Letter of Invitation: You must provide a letter of invitation from the organization or entity that you are visiting.
- Proof of Travel Arrangements: You must provide proof of travel arrangements for the duration of your trip. Include a copy of an itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry and exit dates for your destination
- Financial Means: Bank statements or a sponsor letter to prove you can support yourself during your stay.
- Vaccination Certificate: You must provide a copy of your Yellow Fever vaccination certificate.
- Documents Required for Minors & Parental Consent: Applicants twenty and younger traveling without parents must submit a notarized parental authorization form from both parents.
- Hotel Confirmation: You must provide a confirmation of your hotel accommodations.
- Copy of Return Air ticket
- Valid passport with 6 months validity and blank pages
- Provide a copy of valid work or residence permit’s approval from origin country immigration as well as endorsed on the passport
